We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Field Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our security initiatives across the UK and Ireland region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee risk management, compliance, and governance to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data. Your leadership will foster a security-focused culture within the organization, engaging with key stakeholders to promote best practices and enhance awareness at all levels.

Key responsibilities include conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing mitigation strategies to protect our assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security policies and procedures are adhered to and updated regularly in response to evolving threats. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for security incidents, managing responses and investigations to minimize impact. You will also be tasked with staying informed about emerging security trends and technologies, ensuring that our security posture remains robust and proactive.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in information security leadership roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are critical. A proven track record in risk management and incident response, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, will be advantageous.
