In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security risks within the organization. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Collaborating with various departments, you will provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and help foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include performing regular security audits, analyzing potential vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation measures to enhance our information security posture. You will also engage in incident response planning and execution, ensuring that the organization is prepared to handle any cybersecurity incidents effectively. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation related to risk assessments, policies, and procedures, as well as deliver training sessions to employees on cybersecurity awareness and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of information security frameworks, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to promote a proactive approach to cyber risk management.
