We are seeking a Campaign Lead to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns focused on cyber security and secure communications. This is an opportunity to shape compelling propositions for technically sophisticated audiences and help communicate the value of solutions that protect critical information, infrastructure and services. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, relevant and engaging content for decision-makers across public and private sector environments.
Working closely with product, sales, technical, policy and communications teams, you will own campaign planning from research and audience insight through to execution, measurement and optimisation. Responsibilities will include defining campaign objectives and messaging, developing go-to-market plans, managing content and creative production, coordinating digital and field activity, and supporting events, webinars, briefings and thought-leadership programmes. You will manage timelines, budgets, agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring activity is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned with wider business priorities. You will also establish reporting frameworks, monitor performance and use data and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and generate qualified engagement.
The successful candidate will have proven experience leading B2B campaigns, ideally within cyber security, secure communications, defence, technology, telecommunications or another complex technical sector. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts, with the ability to challenge constructively and bring people together around clear objectives. Strong project management, written and verbal communication, and content development skills are essential. You should be comfortable engaging with technical material and explaining it to varied audiences without losing accuracy or impact. Experience with account-based marketing, demand generation, digital channels, marketing automation and campaign analytics would be advantageous. A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach, together with a genuine interest in evolving cyber threats and secure technology, will be highly valued.

We are seeking an experienced Security Advisor to provide practical, trusted advice that strengthens the organisation’s security posture and supports the delivery of safe, resilient services. Working with colleagues across operational, technical and business teams, you will assess security risks, recommend proportionate controls and help ensure that security considerations are embedded into policies, projects, processes and day-to-day decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out security risk assessments, reviewing existing controls and preparing clear advice for stakeholders at all levels. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures and guidance, while monitoring compliance and supporting the resolution of identified weaknesses. The role will also involve advising on information security, physical security, personnel security, access management, incident preparedness and business continuity. You will support investigations and post-incident reviews where required, identify lessons learned and help coordinate remedial actions. Building effective relationships will be essential, as you will work with internal teams, suppliers and relevant external partners to promote good security practice and improve awareness across the organisation.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience in a security, risk, assurance, compliance or related advisory role, together with a sound understanding of recognised security principles, risk management methods and relevant legislation or regulatory requirements. Experience of developing security documentation, conducting audits or assurance reviews, and translating complex issues into practical recommendations is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and work confidently with sensitive information. Professional security, risk or information assurance qualifications would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement, with a pragmatic approach to balancing security requirements against operational needs.
