We are seeking a proactive and experienced SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the SOC, ensuring the identification, analysis, and response to security incidents. You will develop and implement security monitoring processes, conduct threat assessments, and enhance our incident response capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing protocols for the detection and reporting of incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a high standard of cybersecurity posture across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations or incident response roles. You should have a proven track record in managing teams and a deep understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to communicate complex security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are essential.
