We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to define and deliver secure, scalable identity and access management solutions across a complex technology environment. In this role, you will develop the strategic architecture for identity services, supporting workforce, customer, partner, application and privileged access use cases. You will translate business and security requirements into practical architectural designs, establish technology roadmaps, and ensure that identity capabilities align with enterprise security, regulatory and operational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include designing and governing solutions for authentication, authorisation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, identity governance, directory services and access lifecycle management. You will create architecture principles, standards, reference models and patterns, while assessing current capabilities and recommending improvements. Working closely with security, infrastructure, applications, data, risk and engineering teams, you will lead technical decisions, support solution delivery, and ensure that designs are resilient, interoperable and suitable for cloud and hybrid environments.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in identity and access management architecture, with strong knowledge of protocols and technologies such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Microsoft Entra ID or comparable platforms. Experience with zero-trust principles, role-based and attribute-based access control, identity federation, directory synchronisation and automation is highly desirable. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating design workshops, documenting complex concepts and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a pragmatic approach to balancing security, usability, cost and delivery requirements.

We are seeking a Cyber Security Incident Co-Ordinator to support the effective management of cyber security incidents across the organisation. You will act as a central point of coordination during the incident lifecycle, helping to ensure that potential threats are identified, assessed, contained and resolved in a timely and controlled manner. This role will work closely with security operations, technology, risk, compliance, infrastructure and business teams to coordinate responses and minimise operational impact.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and triaging reported security incidents, maintaining accurate incident records, coordinating actions across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring that appropriate escalation processes are followed. You will help organise incident response calls, track investigative activity, manage communications, and provide clear updates to relevant stakeholders. You will also support the preparation of incident reports, post-incident reviews and lessons-learned activities, helping to identify improvements to controls, procedures and response capabilities. The role may involve supporting vulnerability-related investigations, evidence gathering, regulatory reporting and the ongoing development of incident response playbooks.

The successful candidate will have experience in cyber security, IT service management, incident coordination, or a related operational environment. You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with people at all levels. A methodical approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential. You will ideally have knowledge of cyber security incident management principles, common attack techniques, security monitoring processes and frameworks such as ITIL, NIST or ISO 27001. Experience using ticketing, case management, security information and event management, or other operational tools would be beneficial. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are desirable, along with a commitment to continuous learning and maintaining awareness of the evolving threat landscape.
