We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and other senior leadership team members in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and project management tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
In addition to administrative duties, the Assistant will assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools will be essential. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
