Cyber Security Service Performance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Service Performance Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our cyber security services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence. You will manage the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service efficiency and effectiveness, as well as oversee the analysis of security incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our cyber security initiatives align with best practices and compliance standards.

Your primary duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize security service delivery, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
