We are seeking a dedicated SOC Engineer for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic security operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, analyzing threats, and managing security tools to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems. You will work closely with other IT and security teams to detect, investigate, and mitigate security breaches while maintaining compliance with security policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security frameworks and incident response methodologies. Key responsibilities include conducting regular security assessments, implementing monitoring solutions, and providing detailed reports on security incidents. You should possess hands-on experience with a variety of security technologies, such as SIEM solutions, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant certification (such as CEH, CISSP, or similar) and a solid understanding of network protocols and security best practices. Experience in scripting or automation is a plus.
