We are seeking an experienced Senior Vulnerability Management Lead to join our dynamic team, based in either Milton Keynes or Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the vulnerability management program, ensuring the identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities across various systems and applications. You will lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in vulnerability management practices.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing vulnerability assessment strategies, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation efforts. You will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies to effectively identify and mitigate risks. Regular reporting to senior management on vulnerability statuses and remediation progress will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security frameworks, vulnerability management tools, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders are crucial. A background in IT security or risk management, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, is highly desirable.
