We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Cyber Security (Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments against cyber threats. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, and implementing robust security measures tailored to our critical infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all phases of system design, deployment, and operation.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cybersecurity within OT environments, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001. You will be expected to monitor and analyze security incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, and lead incident response efforts when necessary. In addition, you will provide expert guidance on security best practices, educate staff on cybersecurity awareness, and contribute to the development of security training programs.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in cyber security for industrial systems. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are highly desirable.
