We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Officer to oversee and enhance our information security program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard our organization’s information assets. You will conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Your expertise will be critical in identifying potential threats and implementing effective mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data.
As a key member of the security team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to educate staff on best practices for information security and ensure a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. You will also be tasked with leading incident response efforts, investigating security breaches, and providing detailed reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
