We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Offensive Cyber Security to lead and deliver sophisticated security assessments for a diverse range of clients and technology environments. You will plan and execute penetration tests, red team engagements, adversary simulations, vulnerability assessments and security reviews across applications, networks, cloud platforms, APIs, mobile technologies and infrastructure. You will be responsible for defining testing objectives, identifying realistic attack paths, safely exploiting vulnerabilities where appropriate, and assessing the potential business impact of your findings.
The role includes managing engagements from scoping and rules of engagement through to technical delivery, quality assurance and client reporting. You will produce clear, accurate reports for both technical and executive audiences, present findings to stakeholders, and provide practical remediation guidance. You will also support clients during remediation activities, contribute to threat-led testing strategies, and help develop repeatable methodologies, tools and playbooks. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor consultants, review technical work, contribute to proposals and statements of work, and help maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
You should have substantial experience in offensive security, penetration testing or red teaming, with a strong understanding of attack methodologies, vulnerability research, threat modelling and secure architecture. Practical experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, BloodHound, Kali Linux and scripting languages including Python, PowerShell or Bash is expected. Experience assessing cloud environments, Active Directory, web applications, APIs, containers or mobile platforms would be advantageous. Relevant professional certifications, such as OSCP, OSEP, CREST or equivalent, are desirable.
