Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities, are crucial for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
