We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Security Culture & Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall security culture within the organization. You will work collaboratively with various departments to create awareness and promote best practices in security protocols. Your main duties will include conducting training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to educate employees about security risks and the importance of a proactive security mindset.
As a key player in our security initiatives, you will assess current security practices and identify areas for improvement. You will be tasked with creating engaging content that resonates with staff and encourages active participation in security programs. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of security awareness efforts and provide reports to management, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
