We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Security Consultant specializing in Application Security to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the security posture of our applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will conduct thorough security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, to identify potential threats and weaknesses. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall application security throughout the software development lifecycle.
Your expertise will also be essential in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and training programs for both technical and non-technical staff. You will stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our security practices. Additionally, you will assist in incident response activities and provide guidance during security incidents related to application vulnerabilities.
