We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Area Manager to oversee security operations in the Norfolk region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises by managing security personnel, conducting site assessments, and developing security protocols tailored to each location. You will act as the primary point of contact for client relations, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and supervising security staff, as well as developing and implementing training programs to maintain high standards of performance. You will conduct regular inspections and audits of security operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be required to analyze incidents and trends, preparing detailed reports and making recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at conflict resolution while fostering a positive work environment.

To qualify for this position, you should have a solid background in security management, with proven experience in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of security technologies and risk management principles is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. A valid SIA license and a clean driving record are required.
