In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the secure design initiatives across our product development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on integrating security best practices into the design process, ensuring that security is not an afterthought but a foundational element of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and compliance, to define security requirements and architect robust solutions that meet both business and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of secure design principles, threat modeling, and risk assessment methodologies. You will take charge of developing security frameworks and guidelines, conducting security reviews, and providing expert guidance on security architecture decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring and training team members on secure design practices, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. A strong background in software development, cloud security, and familiarity with industry standards such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001 is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
