We are seeking an experienced M365 Security Consultant with expertise in application security, software composition analysis (SCA), static application security testing (SAST), dynamic application security testing (DAST), and CI/CD security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security measures within the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring that applications and services are secure and resilient against potential threats. You will work closely with development teams to integrate security practices within the DevSecOps framework, enhancing the security posture of software development processes.

Your primary duties will include conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that align with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, you will provide guidance on security policies and procedures, assist in incident response efforts, and contribute to ongoing security awareness training initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying security risks and implementing effective countermeasures to protect sensitive information.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of security tools and technologies relevant to application security and DevSecOps practices. A background in software development or engineering is preferred, as is experience with CI/CD pipelines.
