Your expertise will help ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical systems and data.

Key responsibilities include monitoring security alerts, analyzing potential security breaches, and coordinating incident response activities with internal and external stakeholders. You will conduct forensic investigations, document findings, and produce detailed incident reports. Additionally, you will recommend and implement remediation strategies to prevent recurrence of incidents. As part of your role, you will also contribute to the enhancement of incident response processes and participate in threat intelligence sharing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in cyber security operations, with a strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection. Proficiency in conducting log analysis, malware analysis, and digital forensics is highly desirable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations, are essential. As a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leadership, ensuring that information security risks are effectively identified, communicated, and managed. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and security requirements, aligning security initiatives with business goals and regulatory demands. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security programs, policies, and best practices tailored to the unique needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing and executing security awareness programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will provide guidance on the secure design of business processes and technology implementations, manage incident response efforts, and report on security metrics and risk postures to senior management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security, strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proven ability to influence, drive change, and translate complex security concepts into business language is essential.
