We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Information Security Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our information security program to protect the organization’s data and technology assets. You will lead the security team in performing risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, while fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and enforcing security policies and procedures, conducting regular security audits, and collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all technology initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring security threats, managing security incidents, and leading forensics investigations when necessary. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. A minimum of five years of experience in information security or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of managing security programs and teams.
