Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
