We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Security GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to lead our organization in developing and executing a comprehensive security strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the establishment and maintenance of our information security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing best practices, and enhancing our overall security posture.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the GRC team in the implementation and maintenance of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives while managing audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inquiries, effectively communicating security risks and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders. Leadership in developing training programs to educate staff on security protocols and best practices will also be essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks, along with proven experience in a senior security role. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be tasked with influencing key stakeholders and driving a security-first mindset across the organization.
