We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Safety & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining safety and security systems to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop comprehensive safety plans to mitigate risks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing safety training programs, conducting regular safety inspections and audits, and investigating incidents to determine root causes. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and that emergency response plans are in place. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you will be tasked with analyzing safety performance metrics and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing security protocols to protect company assets, personnel, and information.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP). A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety engineering or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.
