We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Security and IT Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security of our information systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. Key responsibilities include monitoring networks for security breaches, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive information. The technician will also assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to end-users as needed.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, along with experience in IT support. A solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems is essential. Additionally, familiarity with security compliance regulations and risk management practices will be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent are preferred.
