Your key duties will include conducting risk assessments, managing security audits, and establishing security policies and procedures to mitigate potential threats. You will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of security awareness and ensure that best practices are integrated across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT security and compliance, with extensive experience in risk management and vulnerability assessments. You should have a solid understanding of security frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements. Proven leadership skills are essential as you will be managing a team of security professionals and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, will be critical in driving the security initiatives and ensuring compliance across the organization.
