We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join our team and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. You will serve as the point of contact for data subjects and regulatory authorities, helping to foster a culture of data protection throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data protection policies, conducting regular risk assessments, and managing data protection impact assessments (DPIAs). You will also oversee training and awareness programs for staff to ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR and relevant local regulations. Additionally, you will monitor compliance, provide guidance on data breaches, and liaise with external stakeholders on data protection issues. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal requirements will be crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data protection law and practice, with relevant qualifications such as CIPP/E or similar credentials. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments are essential.
