We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Junior Analyst to join our Detect & Respond team on a shift basis. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our organization against cyber threats. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring security alerts, analyzing potential security incidents, and responding to threats in real-time. You will work closely with senior analysts to develop incident response strategies and ensure that our security protocols are effectively implemented across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Key responsibilities will include performing initial triage on security alerts, documenting incidents and responses, and assisting in the creation of reports for management. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture by participating in training sessions and staying updated on the latest cyber threats and trends.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
