We are seeking an experienced AI Red Team Engineer to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting adversarial assessments of AI systems to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for improving security. Your expertise will be critical in simulating real-world attacks, designing and executing tests that challenge the efficacy of our AI models, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance robustness against potential threats. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to understand the underlying algorithms and contribute to the development of secure AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, cybersecurity, or a related field, with hands-on experience in red teaming or penetration testing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of common attack vectors against machine learning systems and be able to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI security are key to success in this role.
