We are seeking a skilled and motivated OT Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to safeguarding our operational technology environments. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies specifically tailored for our industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess vulnerabilities, design security architectures, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cyber threats, ensuring the integrity and availability of our critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and DCS, along with a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles. You will conduct risk assessments and penetration testing, identify potential security gaps, and recommend effective remediation strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in incident response planning and execution, leading investigations to mitigate impacts from security breaches. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to train staff on security best practices and collaborate with IT security teams to create a unified defense posture.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CEH. A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly within OT environments, is preferred.
