We are seeking a skilled SAP Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security and integrity of our SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and administering user access controls, monitoring system activity, and conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities. You will also provide support for security audits and assist in the development of security policies and procedures tailored to our organization's needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control, authentication, and authorization processes. You should have experience in managing user roles and profiles in SAP, and familiarity with tools such as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and able to analyze security logs and reports to detect anomalies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to address security concerns and provide training on best practices.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with relevant SAP security certifications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in SAP security management, with a proven track record of implementing security solutions in complex environments.
