We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Development Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures for our software applications. You will work closely with software developers and IT teams to identify vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, and develop secure coding practices. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our applications and data.

Your primary duties will include performing threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments on applications throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead initiatives to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline and provide guidance on secure application architecture and design. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring application security performance, responding to incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate security issues. Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of application security frameworks, secure coding practices, and security testing tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in application security or software development. Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP are a plus.
