This role will provide strategic direction and practical oversight across security policies, standards, controls and assurance activities, helping ensure that security risks are identified, managed and reported effectively. You will work closely with senior leaders, technology teams, risk and compliance functions, internal audit and business stakeholders to embed strong security practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include owning and maintaining security governance policies, procedures and control frameworks; coordinating risk assessments, control reviews and audit activities; monitoring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, contractual obligations and recognised security standards; and preparing clear reports, metrics and recommendations for senior management and governance committees. You will lead the tracking and remediation of security findings, support third-party and supply-chain assurance, contribute to incident and crisis management exercises, and promote security awareness and accountability throughout the business. The role will also involve identifying opportunities to improve governance processes, strengthen control effectiveness and mature the organisation’s overall security posture.

To succeed, you will have significant experience in information security governance, risk or compliance, ideally within a complex, highly regulated or multi-site environment. You should have a strong understanding of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls or equivalent, together with experience developing policies, managing audits and presenting security risk information to senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, are desirable. You will be organised, analytical and confident working independently while providing effective leadership across multiple priorities.

We are seeking a Technical Security Engineer to help protect critical systems, applications, networks and data across a complex technology environment. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, software development, cloud and operations teams to identify security risks, strengthen controls and support the secure delivery of technology services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, investigating threats and translating security requirements into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to security events, conducting vulnerability assessments, supporting penetration testing and coordinating remediation activities. You will help design, implement and maintain security controls across cloud platforms, endpoints, networks, identity services and applications. The role will also involve reviewing system and solution designs, contributing to threat modelling, developing security automation, maintaining technical documentation and supporting incident response investigations. You will provide clear, actionable advice to technical stakeholders and assist with security assessments, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Applicants should have professional experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, infrastructure engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, vulnerability management, logging and security monitoring is required. Experience with cloud security, security information and event management tools, scripting or automation using languages such as Python or PowerShell, and common security frameworks and standards will be highly valued. Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience are desirable. We are seeking a Security Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain and improve integrated electronic security solutions across a range of operational environments. The role will involve working with stakeholders, technical teams, contractors and service providers to ensure that security systems remain reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. You will contribute to the full systems lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design through to installation, commissioning, support and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include configuring and administering access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, perimeter protection and associated monitoring systems. You will investigate faults, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, review system performance and support the resolution of complex technical incidents. The role will also involve producing and maintaining system documentation, network diagrams, risk assessments, operating procedures and asset records. You may be required to oversee suppliers and installation partners, validate technical deliverables, participate in testing and acceptance activities, and ensure changes are implemented in accordance with agreed governance, security and safety standards.

Applicants should have proven experience in security systems engineering, electronic security or a closely related technical discipline. Practical knowledge of access control, video management, alarm systems, IP networking and system integration is essential, together with the ability to interpret technical specifications and diagnose problems methodically. Experience with enterprise security platforms, database or server environments, and structured change management would be advantageous. Relevant professional qualifications or industry certifications are desirable. You will need strong communication and documentation skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
