We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Venue/Park Security personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property within the venue or park. Your primary duties will include monitoring the premises, conducting regular patrols, and promptly addressing any safety concerns or incidents. You will also be tasked with managing access control, checking identification, and ensuring compliance with venue policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with guests and collaborating with other team members. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, although training will be provided for qualified applicants. A valid security license, if applicable, is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also essential.
