We are seeking an experienced Information Security and Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our information security and compliance programs. Your expertise will be essential in identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk assessments, and ensuring that our systems and data are protected against potential threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management methodologies.

Your primary duties will include conducting regular audits, assessments, and reviews of our security infrastructure, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You will lead incident response efforts, manage security incidents, and provide guidance on remediation strategies. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of security best practices among employees, as well as monitor security metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our security initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a culture of security across the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and compliance roles is required, with a proven track record of managing compliance programs in a fast-paced environment.
