We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Authority Cyber/OT to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight on cybersecurity measures related to Operational Technology (OT) environments. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the security posture of our OT systems, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

To excel in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to OT environments, including industrial control systems, SCADA, and IoT technologies. Strong analytical skills will be essential for assessing security risks and formulating effective solutions. Additionally, you must have experience in developing security policies, incident response plans, and conducting security training for personnel. Excellent communication skills are critical, as you will be required to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP, is preferred.
