We are seeking a skilled Network and Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. You will conduct regular assessments of network security protocols, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop network architecture plans and oversee the installation and configuration of various network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices. You will be tasked with monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting training sessions for staff on best security practices. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or similar, are preferred.
