We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures. Your primary duties will include monitoring network traffic for suspicious activities, conducting vulnerability assessments, and managing firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems. You will also collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, while also maintaining documentation for security protocols and incident response actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and risk assessment methodologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCSP. Proven experience in network security, including hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
