We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of identity and access management (IAM) services across a complex technology environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that users, applications and systems have secure, appropriate and timely access to the resources they need, while reducing risk and supporting regulatory and business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the IAM strategy, policies, standards and operating procedures; overseeing joiner, mover and leaver processes; and managing role-based access control, privileged access management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication capabilities. You will work closely with information security, infrastructure, applications, HR, compliance and business stakeholders to define access requirements, improve governance and resolve escalated issues. The role will also involve monitoring access controls, supporting regular access reviews and certifications, managing audit activities, tracking remediation actions, and identifying opportunities to automate and strengthen identity lifecycle processes.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of IAM frameworks, access governance and security best practice. Practical experience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk or comparable technologies is desirable. You will be confident working with cloud and hybrid environments, interpreting security and compliance requirements, and translating them into effective operational processes. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, together with the ability to lead projects, influence decision-making and manage competing priorities. Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or an IAM-focused certification, would be advantageous.
