We are seeking a skilled OT Security Engineer to join our dynamic team and enhance the security posture of our operational technology environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to protect critical infrastructure systems. You will assess vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and develop strategies to mitigate security threats in industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while also providing guidance on security policies and procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network traffic for anomalies, responding to security incidents, and performing forensic analyses to identify and address potential breaches. You will also be tasked with developing and executing security training programs for operational staff, as well as maintaining up-to-date documentation of security protocols and incidents. Additionally, you will assist in the integration of security measures into the lifecycle of OT systems, ensuring that security considerations are embedded from design through implementation.
