We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our information security assurance program. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, evaluating security controls, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of security awareness and implement best practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT, along with proven experience in information security management. You will lead security audits, manage incident response processes, and collaborate with IT and business units to identify and mitigate risks. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for training staff on security protocols and presenting findings to senior management. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar), is required.
