We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our identity and access management solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance our identity governance and administration, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) processes. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, while also mitigating risks associated with identity and access management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM technologies and protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. You will be tasked with architecting and deploying IAM solutions, conducting audits and assessments, and providing guidance on best practices for user provisioning and de-provisioning. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related incidents, ensuring a swift resolution to any issues that arise. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

To be considered, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in identity and access management. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related credentials are highly desirable.
