We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security OT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Operational Technology (OT) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and respond to incidents. Your expertise will help us safeguard critical infrastructure and maintain compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT environments, and will be proficient in both technical and analytical skills.

Your primary duties will include performing regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of OT systems, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and collaborating with IT and engineering teams to integrate security into system designs. You will also be responsible for incident response, conducting forensic analysis, and providing training to staff on security best practices. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in security processes are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP. A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically within OT environments, is required. Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and regulatory frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443 is highly desirable.
