We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Protection Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data protection strategies to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. You will conduct data protection impact assessments, identify risks, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that data handling practices are compliant and secure. Your expertise will help to enhance our data governance framework, ensuring that data privacy is embedded in our organizational culture.

Your primary duties will include advising on data protection best practices, conducting training sessions for staff, and playing a key role in incident response planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data protection legislation and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements to our data protection policies. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive data protection initiatives and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A relevant degree or certification in data protection is preferred, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
