We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cyber Security to lead our organization's efforts in safeguarding our digital assets and infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cyber security strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee the management of all aspects of cyber security, including risk assessment, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a culture of security awareness and resilience across the organization.

Key responsibilities include directing the cyber security team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and continuously monitoring and analyzing security threats. You will collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to design and implement security policies and protocols while preparing and conducting security training for employees. In addition, you will engage with stakeholders to report on security posture, recommend improvements, and respond effectively to incidents, minimizing potential impacts on business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, and at least 3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, while advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred. You should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
