In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to enhance security and streamline processes across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate One Identity products effectively and ensure that all IAM solutions meet business requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing IAM systems while contributing to the development of new features and functionalities.

Your primary duties will include configuring and customizing One Identity tools, conducting code reviews, and providing technical support to end-users. You will analyze current IAM processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security posture. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures. A strong understanding of security protocols and compliance regulations is essential, as you will ensure that all IAM solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IAM development, specifically with One Identity products. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, along with experience in database management and scripting, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
