You will maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards and procedures, ensuring that documentation remains accurate, relevant and accessible. You will support risk assessments, control reviews and compliance monitoring, identifying gaps and working with stakeholders to agree practical remediation plans. The role will also involve maintaining risk and issue registers, tracking actions through to completion and preparing clear reports for senior management and relevant governance forums.

Key responsibilities include coordinating internal and external audits, gathering evidence, responding to information requests and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions. You will contribute to third-party and supplier assurance reviews, support the assessment of new technology initiatives and help embed appropriate controls across change, access management, incident management, business continuity and data protection processes. You will also promote a culture of good governance by providing guidance, training and constructive challenge to colleagues across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit or information security, ideally within a regulated or complex environment. You should understand recognised frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, ITIL or relevant data protection requirements. Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills are essential, together with the ability to interpret technical information and explain it clearly to non-technical audiences.

You will be proactive, detail-oriented and confident working with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage competing priorities, influence without direct authority and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines is important. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 or equivalent experience, would be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Platform Manager to lead the operation, development and continual improvement of an organisation’s identity and access management platforms. This is a key role responsible for ensuring secure, reliable and efficient access to systems, applications and data across a complex technology environment. You will provide technical leadership for IAM services, oversee platform performance and availability, and ensure that solutions support business needs while meeting security, regulatory and audit requirements.

Your responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of identity and access management technologies, including joiner, mover and leaver processes, authentication, authorisation, privileged access, single sign-on and identity governance. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of access controls, workflows, integrations and automation, working closely with infrastructure, applications, information security and service management teams. The role will also involve managing third-party suppliers, prioritising the platform roadmap, monitoring service performance and resolving complex incidents and problems. You will establish and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, standards and documentation, while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security controls.

To succeed in this position, you will have substantial experience managing enterprise IAM platforms and a strong understanding of identity governance, access management principles and security best practice. Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, directory services, federation protocols, privileged access management and automated provisioning will be highly valuable. You should be comfortable leading technical change, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A structured, collaborative approach and a strong focus on risk, service quality and continuous improvement are essential. Relevant professional qualifications in information security, identity management or technology service management would be advantageous.

We are seeking a dependable and professional Facility Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, contractors and assets. A valid security licence or equivalent certification may be required, depending on local regulations. You must be observant, trustworthy and physically capable of standing, walking patrol routes and responding promptly to incidents.
