We are seeking a highly skilled Information Senior Security Specialist (Cyber Security Lead) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring the organization’s security posture is continuously improved and aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits, as well as responding to security incidents and breaches, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, along with experience in security technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide security guidance and support for various projects, ensuring that security is embedded into the development lifecycle. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be responsible for communicating security risks and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent, is required.
