We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing our organization's cybersecurity posture. You will conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions to mitigate potential threats. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement security policies and procedures designed to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring security systems and responding to incidents, ensuring that our cybersecurity measures are both proactive and reactive.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. You should be proficient in security information and event management (SIEM) tools and have experience with data loss prevention (DLP) strategies. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar), is preferred.
