We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Training and Awareness Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive information security training programs that promote a culture of security awareness across the organization. Your primary duties will include designing engaging training content, conducting workshops and seminars, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining the security of sensitive information and are familiar with current cybersecurity threats and best practices.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, as well as experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. You will be responsible for creating training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and user guides. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with security policies and assist in the development of security awareness campaigns to keep our workforce informed about emerging threats. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels. A relevant certification in information security or training, such as CISSP, CISM, or a similar credential, is highly desirable.
