We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure infrastructure solutions that support our organization's operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement best practices in cybersecurity. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our systems, data, and networks while supporting the overall IT strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking, cloud services, and security protocols. Key responsibilities include managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies, as well as performing regular security audits and compliance checks. You will also be tasked with developing and enforcing security policies, conducting training for staff, and responding to security incidents as they arise. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential, alongside excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security. A minimum of three years of experience in IT infrastructure and security is required, with a proven track record in vulnerability management and incident response.
