In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security measures to protect our cloud-based systems and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess cloud security risks, define security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your primary duties will include conducting security assessments, monitoring cloud environments for vulnerabilities, and developing incident response plans to effectively address security threats. You will also play a key role in educating staff on best practices for cloud security and ensuring that our security protocols are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and security frameworks, with proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a cloud security role is required, along with certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or AWS Certified Security – Specialty. You should possess a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM), encryption technologies, and network security protocols. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
