We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber & Operational Technology Regulation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory frameworks that govern cyber and operational technologies within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and best practices related to cybersecurity and operational technology. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying potential risks, conducting audits, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our security posture while supporting our operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, or operational technology management. A strong understanding of relevant regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific standards, is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication abilities, will be crucial for success in this role.
