We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Senior SOC Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC), managing security incidents, and leading a team of analysts in identifying and responding to potential threats. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing security monitoring strategies, conducting threat analysis, and ensuring the integrity of our information systems. You will serve as a key point of contact for escalated security incidents, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, incident response processes, and threat intelligence. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, is required. Proficiency in SIEM tools, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
